Music Video Coursework : Editing Fifth and Sixth Cut
In the fifth week, we did peer assessment between the two groups in our media class and we gave criticisms and appraisal on the up-to-date work. We had critics; flashback weren't as clear, too much mouth shots, the facial expressions, at the end Gianluca should have of swung his guitar to finalise the product and many more. By doing this we could improve our music video from our audience as the peer assessment was done by the same gender and age group as us. In addition, we finalised editing especially using effects such as the blurred frames to create a more dream ambiance as if he is really thinking about that day.
In the Sixth week, we mainly colour graded the music video as we wanted to give the music video a more warm coloured feel to the music video as we wanted the audience to feel connected to the music video as it is warm. Also, we put aspect ratios on the music video as well which took most of our lessons and frees to finish it off.
